At Unundone, we aim to get your order to you as smoothly and quickly as possible. Our orders are fulfilled by a trusted third-party logistics partner, and we currently ship within the European Union.
Shipping Costs
- We offer free shipping within the Netherlands.
- For all other orders and destinations, shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
- Delivery times vary by destination and depend on our logistics partner. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link.
- Order Acceptance: A completed checkout and payment do not constitute acceptance of your order. Your order becomes binding once we send you a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping Outside the EU
We currently ship within the European Union only.

Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to avoid delays. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for any additional costs required to re-ship the order.
